For the past decade, Republicans in state legislatures and Congress (and in their hand-picked conservative courts) have fought tooth and nail to take affordable healthcare away from millions of Americans. They’re willing to do whatever it takes to undo Barack Obama’s legacy and put billions more into the pockets of big insurance companies.

Protecting pre-existing conditions and expanding health coverage for Americans should be a no-brainer. It’s time the courts acknowledge it too.
