Self love is a buzzword these days, but it’s more than pedicures and face masks. Loving yourself is a radical act of resistance.

Women are bombarded with messages that tell us our worth comes from the way we look. We're told we can't be leaders unless we tiptoe around the feelings of men. We learn to apologize for taking up too much space. We're led to believe that we're never pretty enough, thin enough, successful enough, good enough.

We need to fight back against these ideas that belittle women! One of the most powerful ways to do this is through self love.
