John,
The elections on November 3rd provided the American people with new opportunities to protect the Boundary Waters from sulfide-ore copper mining. Today we are announcing two exciting challenges to financially support the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters.
The Manitou Fund has generously provided a challenge grant of $50,000 to be matched by our supporters dollar for dollar through Give to the Max Day on November 19, 2020.
But that’s not all! A group of very dedicated supporters have tripled the Manitou Fund challenge with additional donations of $100,000. Together, the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters has a unique opportunity to double your gifts up to $150,000 with a dollar for dollar match.
Help us reach this ambitious $150,000 challenge match by making a gift today.
From our modest start in 2013, we have built one of the most effective national public lands coalitions in the country. We lead and fully fund the Campaign, including its national programs, to protect the Boundary Waters.
Please help us take advantage of the momentum of November 3rd to protect America’s most popular Wilderness once and for all by donating today.
We are grateful to the Manitou Fund for its challenge match, as well as our other match donors Win and Binky Rockwell, Tom Landwehr, Dodd and Ann Cosgrove, Jenny Vorpagel, Rutabaga Paddle Sports LLC, and others.
For the Wilderness,
Ingrid Lyons
Development Director
