We’ve all seen this year how destructive fake news can be in politics. In science it’s just as bad. How many times have you heard claims like:
Science proves God doesn’t exist.
Science proves morality is a myth.
Science proves we are nothing but apes.
These kinds of false claims inflict devastating damage. They drive people to despair, especially young people.
If you are like me, you may sometimes feel utterly powerless in countering this kind of fake news. But we aren’t powerless. There is a great way we can push back, giving hope to others in the process.

Discovery Institute started this online news outlet back in 2004 to counter all the fake news in the debate over intelligent design.
