Closing the door on Iowa’s seniors. Leaving them out of the discussion. That’s what Joni Ernst proposes.
"... we do need to sit down behind closed doors, so we’re not being scrutinized by this group or the other, and just have an open and honest conversation about what are some of the ideas that we have for maintaining Social Security in the future.." -- Sen. Joni Ernst, 9/4/2019
Now more than ever, we need transparency from our government. It’s deeply concerning that Joni is willing to leave her constituents out of the conversation and outside the doors when we were promised those benefits; people are depending on it.
We’re getting the sense that the government isn’t working with us, but against us.
And Iowans are fed up with the broken promises from our elected officials in D.C. and want a government that’s working with them, not against them. If you agree, join us today.
That’s why I’m running for the Senate. You and I earned those benefits -- and we don’t need anyone else telling us anymore that hard-working Americans aren’t valued for any longer.
I’ll make sure I do everything if elected to the Senate to make sure Social Security is secure.
Thanks for your support,
Eddie
