[1]Women's March
This is a historic and long overdue moment,
John.
Kamala Harris will be the first woman, first Black, and first Indian
American ever to hold the office of the Vice President.
Kamala Harris has the chance to boldly lead and hold a seat at a table
where women – and especially women of color – have been excluded for too
long. But choosing Kamala Harris as Vice President isn’t enough.
Biden and Harris must lead an administration that will fight for policies
that improve the lives of all women and working families. We believe it is
essential then that the Biden-Harris White House appoint people,
especially women, who share our values of justice and equality for
presidential appointments including the Cabinet.
If we want the Biden-Harris administration to represent the voices of ALL
women, we first need to know what you think,
John.

who makes the cut in your dream cabinet? Your responses will inform who we
push Biden to consider.

We defeated Trump this election because of women and women of color.
While final data is forthcoming, we know that women cast over 37 million
votes in this election. Women of color especially led the organizing work
that allowed us to remove Trump from office. Women got the job done this
election and we can continue leading bold change within the White House.
There’s so much more we can achieve if we make sure the next
administration is committed to not just putting one woman in the White
House, but putting women leaders at the center in every cabinet and
department.
[ [link removed] ]Before we start making demands to the Biden-Harris administration about
who they should include in their cabinet and federal appointments — we
want to hear who you want. Let us know what you think in our 2 minute
survey.
Thanks for everything you do,
Women’s March
