John,

With a Biden-Harris victory, Democrats are finally on track to address our country’s most pressing issues -- from controlling the coronavirus and expanding health care access to protecting reproductive rights, tackling climate change, and reforming our criminal justice system.

But Mitch McConnell and his Republican allies are hoping that this victory is short-lived.

As NBC News reports, “unless Democrats flip two outstanding seats in Georgia, Republicans will control the Senate and have a veto on [Biden’s] legislative agenda, Cabinet picks and judicial nominees.” What’s worse, the GOP’s 6-3 majority on the Supreme Court could block any executive actions Biden might put forward.

We’re tired of seeing progressive legislation die at the hands of McConnell’s senate. It would be an undeniable injustice to allow the GOP to keep the power to block the change so many Americans fought to make a possibility this election -- especially when we have a real chance to flip the Senate blue in January. Today, we need to know if you agree:

Do you want to take back the Senate?

YES   NO

Thank you so much for taking our poll today.
