Special message from the Eagle Forum Board

As we honor the beloved veterans who have sacrificed their lives and freedom so that freedom might prevail for all, we express our profound support to President Trump as he appeals to the Courts to correct apparently rampant voter fraud enabled by unsolicited, unlimited and unverified mail-in ballots, systemic corruption surrounding the balloting process and thwarted transparency as election officials flouted state laws and court orders.  
 
Without a voting process citizens can trust, government of the people, by the people and for the people is gone.  The people will believe that their vote does not count.  This is voter suppression at is worst and most insidious.  This fight is not about just this election, but all future elections and the very future of Democracy.
 
We do not believe it is a coincidence that Veteran’s Day 2020 falls on the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower Compact.  Signed November 11, 1620, the Mayflower Compact is an early precursor to the U.S. Constitution.  But, more than that, it was a covenant entered into by courageous, faithful early Americans binding themselves to each other and to God, committing to live by the rule of law, acknowledging that self-government is a God-given right.
 
In the spirit of honoring our veterans, and all who fought for our most precious freedoms, we urge every American to take action.  As you consider your role at this time in history, remember President Ronald Reagan’s sobering reminder: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
 
Here's what you can do today to help preserve freedom:
  1.  Pray!  We urge you to gather with your friends, family, and faith communities to pray corporately.  Here is a strategic and powerful prayer former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has outlined.  
  2. Hold your leadership accountable.  Urge your state legislature to take action to ensure election integrity, and let election officials around the country know that the nation is watching, and that election fraud is a felony!  
  3. Contribute!  Your contribution of any amount today to Eagle Forum PAC will help us direct funds where they can have the greatest impact in ensuring the integrity of the November election and in ensuring a conservative majority in the Senate as we work to defend our two conservative Senators in Georgia.
We know we can count on you to protect freedom from extinction in this crucial hour.
