John,
The election and the Constitution hang in the balance.
Today – Veterans Day – as we honor those who have fought to protect our constitutional freedoms and our right to vote as Americans, we must also defend the Constitution.
Despite what the media is telling you, the election results have NOT been certified. Votes are still being counted, and it’s still a razor-thin margin.

In breaking news, Attorney General Barr has authorized U.S. attorneys to investigate “serious allegations” “if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”
We must defend the Constitution and the integrity of the election.
There have been voting irregularities, judicial activism changing election law, and delays in counting votes. We cannot allow shenanigans in how these votes are counted.
Your right to vote is the foundation of our constitutional system of self-governance. Every LEGAL vote must count.
Our legal team is already hard at work, preparing to protect the integrity of this critical election. (Tune in at noon ET for LIVE updates from our legal team at ACLJ.org, Facebook, and Parler.)
We’re dedicated to protecting your constitutional right to vote, and we’re prepared – if necessary – to file in court to protect the integrity of this election and the Constitution. We were involved in the landmark Bush v. Gore Supreme Court case, and we’re ready to take action again. But we need YOU now.
