Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s victory is a huge step forward for our democracy and for the American people. But that doesn’t mean our work is over. The Trump Administration is continuing their relentless crusade to destroy the Affordable Care Act. But I’m standing with a coalition of AGs in our fight to stop them.

Today, we defended the ACA in front of the U.S. Supreme Court to protect access to health care for millions of families across the country. People’s lives depend on it. In Massachusetts alone, 422,000 residents would lose health care if the Supreme Court overturns the Affordable Care Act. The number of uninsured people would more than double. 

That’s right – in the middle of a pandemic, the Trump Administration is seeking to gut health care coverage. 

We won’t let that happen. We’ve won these cases before and we’ll do it again. But we need your help to send a strong message that there is overwhelming support for the ACA. Sign our petition today to tell the Trump Administration that they can’t take away your health care.
