It’s almost here! ‘Tis the season for our annual Celebration for the Turkeys event, a tradition over three decades strong.
This year our celebration is virtual, free, and more festive than ever—and we are going bi-coastal! We’ll hear from Farm Sanctuary Board Chair Emily Deschanel and President and Co-founder Gene Baur about the need to start new traditions, and get inspired with vegan cooking demonstrations by chefs Jocelyn Ramirez and Ayinde Howell.
We’ll also peek behind the scenes in Watkins Glen and Acton as preparations take place for the highlight of the celebration: The moment when our guests of honor, the turkeys we’ve rescued over the years, are treated to a celebratory feast.
