Today the Trump administration and Republican AGs are launching a full-fledged attack on the Affordable Care Act. This morning they argued in the US Supreme Court that the ACA should be invalidated and that millions of Americans with preexisting conditions should be unjustly kicked off their health care plan.
This is immoral. It is also unlawful, which is why I’m on the opposite side in this case, along with a coalition of Democratic State AGs fighting to defend affordable health care. We will not rest as long as Americans’ health is on the line.
With the Biden-Harris ticket's victory-- and with their lead continuing to grow in both Electoral College votes and popular votes -- it has become clear that voters across the country have rejected the heartless way in which the GOP have tried to rip away our health care.
