But this election was always a doorway, not a destination. And now the real work truly begins.
Despite winning the election, our country is in crisis. We are still in the midst of a deadly pandemic, millions have lost their jobs and are facing homelessness. And police and white nationalists are still murdering people in the streets.
We can build a brighter future for generations to come, but the time to act is now. The Frontline, Movement for Black Lives Electoral Justice Project, The Working Families Party, and United We Dream Action invite you to a weekly virtual welcome gathering to hear updates and learn from movement leaders about the best path forward for our collective future. Then we’ll discuss our next big test — the Georgia Senate runoffs in January — where we have an opportunity to take back the Senate and fire Mitch McConnell as Senate Majority Leader.
And then we’ll leave you with a call to action: to join us as we demand a progressive agenda in a Biden era.
Together, we mobilized the largest social movement in U.S. history to demand justice in the streets and to make Donald Trump a one-term president.
