THEN: Trump refused to accept the results, and instead filed an avalanche of lawsuits in court to demand recounts and prevent the proper tabulation of votes.

NOW: We've launched an emergency fund to be prepared for questionable legal actions that Trump and national Republicans may file.

The bottom line is, politicians do not decide the outcome of this election. The American people decide the outcome of this election. And the democratic process must and will continue until its conclusion.

But if Trump makes good on his threats, our legal team is standing by. And they will prevail.
