Hello,

Last week, as the nation waited with bated breath for all votes to be counted, the Supreme Court was hearing arguments on Fulton v. City of Philadelphia -- a case concerning a Roman Catholic adoption agency’s discrimination against LGBTQ+ couples.

CNBC reports that “religious rights activists are pushing for the court to use the case, Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, to overturn a 30-year-old precedent that has for decades mediated the balance between freedom of conscience and the rights of minority groups. Doing so could effectively reverse the court’s trend in recent years of advancing protections for LGBT people, civil rights advocates warn.”

As the first major case Justice Amy Coney Barrett will be presiding over on the Supreme Court, the nation is watching closely to see how she’ll rule. Given Barrett’s record, we shouldn’t be surprised if she seizes the opportunity to attack LGBTQ+ rights.

Now, SCOTUS appears poised and ready to side with Catholic Social Services in this battle -- which means LGBTQ+ rights are in imminent danger. It is imperative that we stand against this impending ruling, and fight to protect and expand LGBTQ+ rights. We MUST make our voices heard now, before it’s too late. Tell us how you feel:

Should LGBTQ+ couples be allowed to adopt?

YES   NO

Thank you for helping us make history.
