This has been quite the year. From defending abortion access as timely, essential health care in the midst of a global pandemic to winning our case, June Medical Services v. Russo, at the U.S. Supreme Court this summer, 2020 has truly been a whirlwind.
The confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court creates an undeniable shift in the makeup of the nation's highest court, but last weekend brought some hope. As we head into the final months of the year, we are able to move forward to a safer, more just future knowing that Joe Biden will be the next president of the United States.
