BREAKING: Supreme Court hears oral arguments on Affordable Care Act
Friends,
Today, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case that could invalidate the entire Affordable Care Act.
And now that the Court has a 6-3 conservative majority -- thanks to Mitch McConnell jamming through Amy Coney Barrett's last minute confirmation after millions of Americans had already voted for a new President -- there is a very real chance that the Affordable Care Act could be overturned.
That means millions of Americans (especially those with pre-existing conditions like COVID-19) could lose their health insurance in the middle of a global pandemic when health care access should be among our top priorities. It's outrageous and irresponsible.
That's why Senator Duckworth is speaking out and asking her supporters to join her:
Sign our petition and tell the Supreme Court to protect the Affordable Care Act.

Republicans have been gunning for the Affordable Care Act ever since it was first passed in 2010. We've fought them off this long, we can't give up now.
Thanks for speaking out.
All our best,
Team Duckworth
