Today is the day. I’m leading the fight in the Supreme Court to stop President Trump and his allies from destroying the entire Affordable Care Act.
If this pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we must expand healthcare — not rip it away! But President Trump and his allies are determined to terminate our care before leaving office.
If Trump gets his way, the entire ACA could be dismantled, including:
GONE: Pre-existing condition protections for 133+ million Americans
GONE: Prescription benefits for 12+ million seniors
GONE: Health insurance for 20+ million people

Ten years ago, I was in Congress working with then Vice President Biden to secure the votes to pass the Affordable Care Act. Now, I’m defending the entire law weeks before he returns to the Oval Office.
