The need in our troubled world continues to be great and there isn't a moment to lose. Last week the US surpassed 130,000 new daily COVID-19 cases for the first time. COVID-19 has impacted so many. And that means lives lost and people at home and around the world still suffering because of the pandemic.

We are starting efforts immediately to ensure that President-elect Biden ushers in a transformational plan to put an end to the pandemic, save the economy, and tackle the root causes of inequality that have been severely exacerbated by this crisis.

  • Work in partnership with our allies to provide significant new funding and debt-relief to the global fight against COVID-19.
  • Address the root causes of our current crisis by including reforms that protect the rights of workers and finally ensure wealthy and large corporations pay their fair share of taxes.

With your support, Oxfam will push hard and stand strong in our commitment to hold our newly-elected president accountable on delivering a bold, new agenda that fights against structural injustices of poverty and inequality, scales up our COVID-19 response at home and around the world, and delivers immediate action on climate change.
