to undo the damage inflicted by the Trump administration on our
environment and health, and deliver on Biden’s ambitious climate plan.

* Get started on day one of the Biden administration to help turn the

turbocharge our transition to a thriving clean energy economy, and
bring the United States back into the Paris climate agreement
* Stand up to efforts to open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and
other public lands to oil drilling
* Fight to restore bedrock environmental laws such as the Clean Water
Act and the Endangered Species Act from the damage done by the Trump
administration
* Push to rebuild the EPA, Interior Department, and other key federal
agencies that were decimated by four years of chaos and cuts — and
call for Biden to make his cabinet a climate cabinet, across the board
* Continue using the courts to hold polluters accountable to our
essential public health and environmental laws
* Block any last-minute assaults from the Trump administration during
the "lame duck" period before Biden takes office
