Together, we will work with the Biden Administration and Congress to: - Make passing the Equality Act a top priority, which will extend LGBTQ+ protections in housing, education, federal programs, and more;
- Defend access to critical healthcare for millions of LGBTQ+ people with pre-existing conditions, especially during a global pandemic;
- Commit to protecting Black and Latinx transgender and nonbinary people of color, who need more support to reduce alarmingly high risks of homelessness, unemployment, and lack of healthcare.
I know this year has been undeniably difficult for our families, and it’s clear that our country will still be dealing with the ramifications of the pandemic well into 2021.
