Now that the election is behind us, it’s time to get to work building a stronger, more inclusive Medicare for All movement.

National Nurses United

We have some exciting news about our path ahead.

Now that the election is behind us, it’s time to get to work building a stronger, more inclusive Medicare for All movement. That’s why we are announcing our new Spanish language outreach program.

We are kicking off this new program by recruiting bilingual supporters to join our texting team to reach out one-on-one to Spanish speakers. Your first assignment will be reaching out to Spanish speakers in California about our upcoming  campaign effort to pass Medicare for All in California. But you don’t have to live in California to be part of this team!

We know that in order to win in California and beyond, we need a robust multi-racial, multi-lingual movement.

So if you are bilingual and want to take meaningful action for Medicare for All — will you join our Spanish language outreach texting team today? Together we can empower a community too often forgotten by our leaders.

Latinos are a crucial part of this movement. Over 8 million people, 26% of California’s population, are Spanish speakers. We need as many people in the Latino community with us as possible, united and fighting for Medicare for All.

You can be part of this invaluable team to grow this movement. With your help, we can not only gain more support in numbers, but ensure that we are bringing together all our communities for a health care system that works for all.

And this is just the beginning. You’ll be a critical part of our Spanish language outreach, both in California and nationally, every step of the way. So, we need to start building up this team now.
