For nearly a year we've been living with the new realities created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Even as scientists and medical professionals are uncovering new facts about the virus, we're still faced with many questions. Once we have an approved effective vaccine, who will have access to it? How much will it cost? How will we adapt to ensure the vaccine makes it to those most in need? For more than 20 years, the Access Campaign has worked to change government policies and pharmaceutical industry practices to ensure that effective drugs, tests, and vaccines are available, affordable, and suitable for the people who need them most. |
