John,

The fight for our Constitution and our country isn’t over.

And the mainstream media isn’t telling you everything about the election results.

The Supreme Court issued an order late Friday demanding that Pennsylvania segregate votes that came in after 8 p.m. on election night and count them separately.

There are voter irregularities and a number of other election issues in states where the count is razor thin.

No matter who wins the election, we MUST defend the Constitution. The integrity of the election and the right to vote are the centerpiece of our constitutional system of self-governance.

EVERY LEGAL VOTE MUST COUNT.

At the ACLJ, we were built for this moment. Our legal team is already hard at work, preparing to protect the integrity of this critical election and to defend the Constitution. We were involved in the landmark Bush v. Gore Supreme Court case, and we’re ready to take action again.

(Watch our live broadcast for up-to-the-minute legal analysis and the next steps at noon ET on ACLJ.org and Facebook.)

We’re dedicated to protecting your constitutional right to vote, and we’re prepared – if necessary – to file in court to protect the integrity of this election and the Constitution. But we need YOU now.
