This year, more than ever, we need your help to ensure victims and survivors receive the assistance they need, and that we continue to hold traffickers and exploiters accountable for their actions. As the pandemic has ravaged our country, it is clear that at-risk, vulnerable communities have been hit the hardest. More and more people face food and housing insecurity due to unemployment as the months go on, and we know that homelessness is one of the most significant risk factors to being trafficked.

Increasing risk factors are putting more people at risk of falling prey to sex and labor trafficking, and more resources are needed. But the ultimate economic impact of COVID-19 is unknown – even for us at Polaris.
