We’re writing because we have the opportunity to grow the next generation of progressive leaders. 
 
The National Democratic Training Committee’s 2021 Staff Academy program is now accepting applications! This intensive, 10-week course is free for all who qualify -- and is focused on recruiting, training, and developing Democratic staffers before matching them with career opportunities that are right for them. 
 
Women, people of color, transgender people, and non-binary people are especially encouraged to apply. To learn more about the program and submit an application, click here.
