Entering this election, Republicans held a 17-13 majority in the State Senate. We knew that we had our work cut out for us, and that several key races across the state would ultimately determine control of the upper chamber of the Arizona Legislature.

And it's increasingly looking like we held the line.

We can confirm that Republicans will indeed keep control of the Arizona State Senate!

And, while it's still too early to call the race in Legislative District 28, State Senator Kate Brophy McGee is currently trailing her Democrat opponent by only 583 votes — out of 118,509 votes cast. If we are able to clinch that race, Arizona Republicans will have successfully defended all 17 of our seats against an unprecedented amount of dark money spent by Democrats against our candidates.

The Left never expected this to happen either. The fact of the matter is, they underestimated you, the voter, and now they're paying the price.
