It’s over, John xxxxxx —

A new day in America has dawned with President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris making history by defeating Donald Trump and Mike Pence this week.

This is your victory.

When Trump won in 2016, this country could have given in to the despair and hopelessness he peddles. You didn’t.

I have nothing but love and respect for the millions of people across America who organized to stop Trump’s radical agenda and save the very soul of this nation today.

The strength of this movement is unrivaled in American history and while we still have work left to do, today we can celebrate.

This is the beginning, not the end, of our fight — and we need you to stay engaged if we’re going to bring equality and justice to the least, the lost and the left behind.

We still have two Senate seats to flip in Georgia’s January runoff and numerous House races remain uncalled. Democrats are going to need your help to win these fights, so we can deliver a Congress next year that can support Joe and Kamala’s agenda.

But for now, it’s a bright and sunny day. Let’s enjoy it.

Thank you.
