The latest bombshell reporting from the New York Times of new sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh confirms what we already knew:

Kavanaugh was confirmed after a sham investigation and a GOP-whitewashing of the serious and credible allegations against him.

Justice cannot be served while Kavanaugh sits on our highest court. He must be impeached.

Sign our petition and demand Congress take action to impeach Brett Kavanaugh.

The FBI’s investigation into sexual assault allegations involving Kavanaugh was a White House cover-up working in coordination with Senate Republicans.

The latest reporting now confirms that Trump’s Justice Department didn’t even investigate these now corroborated accounts of sexual assault.

We cannot in good conscience allow Kavanaugh to remain on the Supreme Court.
