Hello,

At one of his final campaign rallies, Donald Trump threatened to fire Dr. Anthony Fauci, our nation’s top infectious disease expert.

Dr. Fauci has done nothing except prioritize the health of the American people, having led our nation’s COVID response to the best of his ability in an administration dead-set on undermining him. But if Trump loses, and he likely will if all the votes are counted, he could oust our most trusted scientific leader out of vengeance -- just one of many dangerous acts of payback we might expect to see during his lame duck period.

The good news? Biden has promised to call Dr. Fauci on day one of his presidency so that he can fully protect the health of the American public, like he’s been trying to do all along. If given the chance, Dr. Fauci and Biden will work to institute nationwide mask-wearing mandates and pass a substantial coronavirus spending bill by the end of January.

And while the election hasn’t been called yet, we firmly believe Biden can win -- which means it’s not too early to start considering his potential cabinet picks, including the post for Secretary of Health and Human Services. Should Dr. Fauci be considered for the role? Tell us now:

Would you trust Dr. Fauci as Secretary of Health and Human Services?

YES   NO

Thank you for providing your critical input,

The WDTO Team
