John,
The American people have spoken: Joe Biden is our President-elect.

I am so proud to call Joe Biden and Kamala Harris our next President and Vice President. They have been champions in the fight to prevent gun violence and I commend them on a hard-fought victory.
And, John , we did not just elect a gun violence prevention Presidential ticket: Voters across the country overwhelmingly cast their votes in support for a Biden-Harris administration, awarding them the popular vote by over 4 million more votes than the NRA-backed Donald Trump— and those numbers continue to grow as we count every vote.
This is both a victory and an indictment on Donald Trump’s years of lethal inaction on gun violence. The will of the American people is clear: gun violence prevention is our priority and we will not stop fighting until this epidemic is brought to an end. Voters ousted NRA-backed politicians and delivered historic wins in key races across local to national elections:
We flipped two key seats in the Senate: gun safety champions John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ) won seats that were previously held by NRA-backed senators. Impassioned gun safety advocates Lucy McBath (GA-06), Katie Porter (CA-45), Mike Levin (CA-49) and Jason Crow (CO-06) won re-election to the House of Representatives with strong margins.
The American people continue to show that gun violence prevention is a winning issue.
I want to thank you, personally, John , for being a tireless advocate for gun violence prevention and being part of this historic moment. Your support has enabled Brady to fight for voting access in key battleground states, help mobilize a record number of voters, and will help us continue this fight. This is a new beginning for gun violence prevention and I am lucky to have you with us.
Today, I am thankful for Joe, Kamala, and the entire gun violence movement. We are sending our congratulations to Biden and Harris, will you sign your name, John? [[link removed]]
