Election Day may be over, but the election will be over when every vote is counted.





We had historic numbers of voters turn out to vote in Michigan and across the country! This is democracy at its best -- Americans energized to make their voices heard through their votes.

Take a minute in the coming days to thank people who worked this election -- at polling locations, at absentee ballot counting boards, as election protection lawyers, and as organizers working to defend democracy. They are heroes.

Hundreds of workers processed absentee ballots in Detroit with challengers intentionally trying to intimidate them as they went about their work. These election workers deserve safety, dignity, and respect.



We must count every vote, and then work to protect the legitimate results of the election.
