First Liberty

Dear  John,

It's only fitting that a year like 2020 would give us the most
chaotic ending to an election in recent memory, right?

And while we await the final results amidst a cloud of doubt and
uncertainty, I want to give you a few reasons to take heart and take
courage.

First, the future of religious freedom will not be determined by who
occupies the Oval Office or who controls Congress. It will be decided
in America's courts.

And over the past four years, we have made unprecedented progress in
flipping these courts to solid conservative majorities.

Now, we are down to our last group of vacancies-with dozens of
seats left to fill. And even if a new party does take over the White
House on January 20th, that still gives the Trump Administration over
two and a half months to finish confirming solid judges to these
posts.

This would be a monumental victory, and one I am confident we can
accomplish. We will be leading the charge on this front in the coming
days and weeks, which is one major reason we need your continued
prayers and support-time is of the essence!

Second, no matter who occupies the White House, our mission as men and
women of faith and committed defenders of the Constitution does not
change.

The fight against religious hostility did not stop four years ago, and
it will continue regardless of the outcome in this election as well.
Indeed, we have only seen these attacks grow worse in the past year,
with petty tyrants attempting to cancel your freedom at every level of
government.

But you know what else doesn't change? Our winning.

We still have the nation's best network of elite attorneys on
the frontlines fighting for your rights. We still have our innovative
model in place which multiplies every dollar you give by six times.
And we still have an unparalleled record of victories for religious
liberty in America.

In fact, we just won our latest victory for Gail Blair-the blind
woman banned from her local park for the "crime" of
handing out Gospels of John. We were able to get this outrageous
judgment thrown out, and she will once again be able to freely live
out her faith.

Unfortunately, abuses of power and violations of the Constitution like
this aren't going to stop no matter who is in office. But with
your support, we will continue fighting back-and we will
continue winning.

Please give today to keep First Liberty on the leading edge of the
battlefront, especially over these crucial next couple of months. Every
day and every dollar makes a big difference!
