Dear John,
I know Donna shared the news about my $250,000 Holiday Triple Match Challenge. I thought you might like to hear from me, a fellow supporter, about why the Association's work to provide care and support and advance critical research means so much to me and the millions of people impacted by this devastating disease.

My mother, Nadine, always had a smile on her face and was always there to help me — with homework, boyfriends, whatever life threw my way on any given day. But after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, our roles reversed. I left my job so I could take care of my mom, and we spent every Wednesday together almost up until the day she passed.

My mother Nadine and me

The more involved I became with my mom's care — and with the Alzheimer's Association — the more I wanted to help, however I could, in the fight against this terrible disease. Will you help me honor my mom and fight Alzheimer's with your first gift today, while your impact can be tripled?

I hope you'll join me and support the Association's mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

The Association's fight to end Alzheimer's inspired me to pledge this special $250,000 Holiday Triple Match Challenge. All gifts made to this challenge before December 31, up to a total of $250,000, can go three times as far. My gift will support the Association's efforts to advance the technology that powers global research efforts and care and support programs. Please, make your gift today while you can have 3X the impact to provide much-needed care and support and advance research.

Thank you for helping me honor my mom, Nadine, today — and for joining in the fight to end this deadly disease that has taken too many, too soon.

Sincerely,
Cheryl Gross
