NPR: “The U.S. has reached another grim coronavirus milestone, surpassing 100,000 new confirmed cases in a single day for the first time since the pandemic reached the country more than nine months ago.”
Dr. Fauci warned us back in July that we were barreling towards this record. And, of course, this frightening development comes just days after Donald Trump baselessly claimed that we are “rounding the turn” on COVID-19, all the while promising to ‘fire’ Dr. Fauci shortly after Election Day.
Listen -- the longer we let Trump get away with his disinformation campaign, the more people we will see get sick and die on American soil. We need Dr. Fauci’s expertise and guidance more than ever, and during this perilous time between now and Inauguration Day, we MUST make it clear that we fully support him.
