“Just like I predicted from the start, mail-in ballots are leading to CHAOS like you've never seen, plain and simple,” Trump said Wednesday morning. “The Radical Left is going to do whatever it takes to try and rip a TRUMP-PENCE VICTORY away from you.”
Once again, Donald Trump is spreading egregious lies in a desperate attempt to retain control over the narrative of this election. The president has relentlessly attacked the integrity of the American election process and will not stop until he sees through our slow descent into fascist rule.
But we must remind ourselves that all hope is not lost. We knew going into this election that the mail-in voting system would take more time than usual to deliver results. Trump would have you believe this delay is a sign of fraud in order to disenfranchise voters and cheat his way to victory, but the slowness actually proves that the system is working as it should.
When Democrats Turn Out will not back down to this authoritarian bully. We will stop at nothing to insist that every single vote is counted and ensure Trump’s unhinged statements are recognized as the baseless lies we know them to be. But we can’t take a stand against the right without your help.
