Justice continues to be denied for the Ecuadorian people poisoned by Chevron's deliberate pollution, as the company persists in vilifying human rights lawyer Steven Donziger with the help of U.S. courts.

Steven has an upcoming trial scheduled for this Monday, November 9th, as the judge refused to postpone it until it's safe for his legal team and witnesses to participate in person. If the trial goes forward, he will have no lawyer to represent him and no jury of his peers.

SUPPORT DONZIGER IN HIS PURSUIT FOR JUSTICE!

We are urging everybody who can to monitor the court proceeding by either showing up at 500 Pearl Street in lower Manhattan or by dialing in via telephone on November 9th at 10 a.m. EST at this number: 888-363-4734, code 4645450.

This movement to secure justice for Ecuador and stand up to Big Oil is growing stronger. We hope that you can show up or call in this Monday, and we urge you to join the campaign in solidarity with the people of Ecuador.

Join the campaign to free Steven Donziger and make Chevron clean up its mess in Ecuador!
