Democrats were not ready for the Republican Party of Arizona and its commitment to protecting our congressional seats
Outside Democrat groups, fueled by millions in dark money donations, outspent us in the district by a massive 3-to-1 ratio
Pollsters and reporters had this race wrongly rated between a "toss-up" and "lean Democrat" right up until polls closed
As of today, Republican Congressman David Schweikert (AZ-06) is winning his race 52-48%, and we expect that margin to increase as more ballots come in and are counted

This is great news for the people of Arizona, and just shows that Arizona isn't for sell to the highest bidder. It also proves that when Democrats reveal their true colors and far-left agenda, Arizonans will reject them every time!
