ELIZABETH MAY just got off stage after presenting the GREEN 2019 PLATFORM

"Canadians are a resilient, engaged and caring people. Together, nothing is
impossible.

But we face a grave challenge. We are dangerously encroaching on an era of
consequences, when impending climate catastrophe, political division and
eroding trust in our institutions threaten our very survival.

We are not the first generation to face seemingly insurmountable
challenges. But with the right approach, we can be the last.

IF WE COME TOGETHER, PUTTING HOPE AND JUSTICE BEFORE PROFIT AND PERSONAL
INTEREST; IF WE ELECT AUTHENTIC REPRESENTATIVES AND SUMMON THE POLITICAL
WILL FOR COLLECTIVE ACTION, THEN WE CAN BUILD A CANADA THAT WORKS FOR US
ALL.

We have a plan forward, a plan that will give us the best possible chance
to avert the climate crisis while we fight social injustice. The plan
starts with electing a strong caucus of Green MPs and ends with a vision
for Canada by 2030.

With your help, we can get to work. With your help, we can all be the
heroes in our own story."

We believe that this election will be the one that Canada commits to
solving the climate crisis and preserving a liveable future. But to
accomplish that, we need to share our message with as many voters as
