That's why we're launching a week of action to urge Verizon, the largest telecom company, to power all of its networks with 100% clean energy by 2025! Join us by directly telling Verizon to commit to clean energy and create green jobs on social media or by phone. Verizon still gets most of its energy from fossil fuels that contribute to the climate crisis. Investing in clean energy would help reduce devastating effects of the climate crisis and create thousands of quality, green jobs. In fact, the solar industry has created more than 350,000 jobs for Americans, and wind energy has created over 100,000. We need you to use your voice this week to tell Verizon to commit to 100% clean energy by 2025. Take a few seconds to send a strong message. So many of you joined our day of action last year and then Verizon committed to 50% clean energy. But the effects of the climate crisis won’t be felt only halfway, so Verizon can't just stop halfway.
