Walking and Cycling
If you need to make a journey we encourage you to walk or cycle where possible. This will allow you to practise social distancing while you travel and minimise contact with others, helping to stop the spread of Covid-19.
Walking and cycling are also great for your physical and mental health during lockdown, and are a good means of exercise while other facilities are closed.
E-scooters
- When using our e-scooters please park them appropriately out of the way of pedestrians and other road users, such as against a wall and not in the middle of the pavement. When you are finished please park them safely in a designated space.
- It is illegal to ride the e-scooters on pavements. They must only be used where cycles are permitted.
- If you see someone riding dangerously, on the pavement, or abandoning their cycle please contact Wind customer service available 24 hours a day on 0330 1333 231, or email [email protected]
