The successful candidates should demonstrate that they have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge and have a detailed knowledge of computer systems. In addition strong motivational skills to ensure that personal deadlines are met, working with minimum supervision and being an active team member are important. The successful candidates will be dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in writing with regards to Penalty Charge Notices/Fixed Penalty Notices therefore, being able to interrogate records and give accurate information is paramount. As this is a front-line service, you should have excellent customer services skills and be able to deal with irate customers in a calm, tactful, diplomatic and logical manner.
