Donald Trump will stop at nothing to steal this election. It’s up to us to fight back.

When Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, he probably did so with this plan in mind: undermine the election results with frivolous lawsuits, get them to the Supreme Court, and have Barrett cast the tie-breaking vote in Trump’s favor.

We can’t let Trump execute his plan.

Federal law requires judges to recuse themself from a case if their “impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” For Barrett, her bias is obvious: Trump rushed her confirmation precisely so she could rule in his favor and hand him the election.

Justice Barrett must recuse herself from any cases relating to the 2020 election. We need you to sign this petition and make your voice heard.
