We are confident that when Georgia votes are fully counted, we will be facing runoff elections for both Senate seats.

Here’s what that means: If both Democrats in Georgia win in their runoffs, the Senate will be 50-50 with Vice President Harris breaking the tie and ending Mitch McConnell’s reign of terror as Majority Leader.

John, that’s why I’m asking you directly to pitch in what you can to help us hire more organizers to help take back the Senate and put us in a position where we can pressure the next government to take serious steps to reduce income inequality and restore a democracy of the people to our country!

And we know he will do everything in his power to make President Biden forget his campaign promises to challenge big money in politics and force Biden to appoint corporate oligarch friendly Secretaries of Defense, State, Treasury, Agriculture, and EPA.

Even more importantly, Mitch McConnell will block every single good policy you can imagine, from increasing the minimum wage to passing the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, fixing our cruel immigration policies, doing anything to stop the climate crisis, and on and on.

But, the good news is we can avoid that future by organizing to win in Georgia. We can write our fate, but it’s going to take perseverance and relentless organizing.
