Right now Joe Biden is leading in Nevada and Arizona, extremely close in Georgia, and poised to pull ahead in Pennsylvania as mail-in ballots continue to be counted. We have every confidence Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will win.

But Donald Trump can't accept the possibility that he lost this election fair and square, and his campaign is mounting legal battles against a handful of states to stop the count.

In an unsurprising continuation of his dangerous and reckless rhetoric, Donald Trump declared victory on Election Day while millions of ballots were still unaccounted for. Since then, he has continued to undermine the election system, encouraged his supporters to harass poll workers, and launched lawsuits against half a dozen states to stop the count. He is wrong.
