Young people may be 5 times more likely to test positive for COVID if they vape, new study finds

Young people who have vaped may be up to five times more likely to test positive for COVID-19 compared to their non-vaping counterparts, according to a study published in The Journal of Adolescent Health. This suggests that the ongoing e-cigarette epidemic among U.S. youth may contribute to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic nationally.
