Colorado – Voters approved Proposition EE which will gradually increase tobacco taxes by 2027, create a tax on e-cigarettes, establish a minimum price per pack of cigarettes and dedicate the revenues raised to various health and education programs.

Oklahoma – Voters rejected State Question 814 which would have reduced the amount of money deposited to the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Fund, which funds the state’s tobacco prevention programs, among other efforts.
