Friend, first and foremost I want to say thank you. Thank you to all of you
who worked so hard on this campaign. I will forever be grateful for your
support.

It has been the greatest honor of my life to have had the opportunity to serve
Florida’s 26th Congressional District.

Although this is not the result we were hoping for, I am honored to have stood
with you in this fight.

I’m so grateful to the volunteers and supporters who knocked on doors, hosted
events, and mobilized our community around a vision for a more just, more
equitable South Florida. I still believe in everything we fought for — and I
hope you do too.

We have a lot to be proud of, and there is a lot of work to be done. I promise
that I will always stand with you as we continue our fight for progress.

Thank you for standing in the fight for what is right with me -- there will
never be words to describe how grateful I am for you.
