Our race was too close to call on Tuesday and now we’re in the midst of ballot counting chaos. We need to raise $25,000 by Friday to fund our final efforts, but it looks like we’re not on track to reach our goal.

1. Either more people need to chip in before tomorrow’s deadline;
2. Or we need folks to contribute just a little bit more than usual.

There is a third option, however — we could sit on our hands and let Republicans take the reins on counting these final ballots. We could do nothing as they make sure every single one of their ballots is counted, while ours fall to the wayside.
