As Congress returns from recess and autumn officially starts, we wanted to catch you up on what Team Lipinski has been up to for the past few weeks. Take a look!
 
IN THE DISTRICT

Dan attended the Davern’s Tavern Fight for the Fallen fundraiser in Justice. This event supports the 100 Club of Chicago, which provides for families of first responders who lost their lives in the line of duty. Dan played Clear Ridge Baseball with tavern owner Joe Davern and had fun seeing Joe’s mom and hearing stories about his parents’ time in the Little League stands.

Dan and his wife Judy had a great time attending LHSEF’s Taste of Lemont. What a fun night supporting Lemont High School!

Dan and Judy also supported St. Cletus School by attending La Grange parish’s Fall Fest last week. Dan even ran into his old St. Ignatius classmate Dan Degnan as well as an alum of St. Syms who was serving up great food at Fat Pepper Catering!

Dan took first in his age group at Sunday’s Midway Fly Away 5K. But far more importantly, the race supports an outstanding cause, Special Olympics Chicago. Dan is proud to help promote the work they do in support of athletes with disabilities.
